Je suis Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Adjoint au sein d\u2019une institution majeure de la microfinance en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. J\u2019ai suivi le Global Executive MBA \u00e0 l\u2019IFG, promotion 2312, de d\u00e9cembre 2023 \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2024, dont j\u2019ai eu l\u2019honneur d\u2019\u00eatre major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi avoir choisi ce programme en particulier ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant de rejoindre le programme, j\u2019\u00e9tais Directeur Administratif et Financier. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 coopt\u00e9 pour devenir Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019une filiale dans un autre pays de la sous-r\u00e9gion et j\u2019ai senti le besoin de renforcer mes comp\u00e9tences. Je cherchais une formation internationale combinant leadership et strat\u00e9gie. Sur les conseils de mon Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, lui-m\u00eame dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019IFG, j\u2019ai choisi le Global Executive MBA Management, qui correspondait parfaitement \u00e0 mes attentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Global Executive MBA Management m\u2019a permis de structurer et piloter un plan strat\u00e9gique dans un secteur tr\u00e8s concurrentiel, conduire la transformation digitale et la conduite du changement, renforcer mon leadership avec empathie, et am\u00e9liorer la gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipes jeunes et multiculturelles. J\u2019ai aussi consolid\u00e9 mes comp\u00e9tences en finance, gouvernance et pilotage de la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s avez-vous d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pendant la formation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019analyse strat\u00e9gique, la construction d\u2019un business model solide, le leadership, la conduite du changement, la gestion des \u00e9quipes et la dynamique collective, le pilotage de la performance via tableaux de bord et indicateurs financiers, ainsi qu\u2019une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019innovation et de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Tout \u00e9tait directement mobilisable sur mon poste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oui, plusieurs. Marie-No\u00eblle Bernhard, coach en leadership, qui m\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 incarner mon r\u00f4le de dirigeant. Michel Dormegh, pour le pilotage et l\u2019\u00e9laboration des tableaux de bord. Le s\u00e9minaire international \u00e0 l\u2019UCLA sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle et la data science. Le soutien attentif de notre promo manager, Kouakou Sylvestre Deky, tout au long du parcours. Et enfin, le m\u00e9moire de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes, qui a permis de mobiliser tous les acquis du programme dans un projet concret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
