\u00ab Nous sommes les deux seuls capables de mettre fin \u00e0 cette escalade \u00bb, a dit le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat congolais, rappelant que depuis son \u00e9lection en 2018, il n\u2019a jamais eu d\u2019intention belliqueuse avec tous ses voisins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\nJe prends \u00e0 t\u00e9moin ce forum et le monde entier pour vous tendre la main afin que nous fassions la paix des braves et cela demande que vous donniez l\u2019ordre aux troupes du M23 qui sont soutenues par votre pays d\u2019arr\u00eater cette escalade qui a fait suffisamment de morts ; nous les comptons par millions depuis des ann\u00e9es \u00bb, s\u2019est-il adress\u00e9 au Pr\u00e9sident rwandais.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Et de poursuivre : \u00ab l\u2019histoire nous jugera. Il est temps d\u2019arr\u00eater et de nous tourner vers la paix et le d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le Pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi a dit suspendre les appels aux sanctions contre le Rwanda en attendant la r\u00e9action de son homologue Paul Kagame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il a remerci\u00e9 le Pr\u00e9sident sud-africain Cyril Ramaphosa dont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont tomb\u00e9s au front en RDC. \u00ab Cela nous oblige \u00e0 rester d\u00e9finitivement reconnaissant envers l\u2019Afrique du Sud et d\u2019autres R\u00e9publiques s\u0153urs telles que la Tanzanie et le Malawi \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00ab Mais je crois que l\u2019Afrique aujourd\u2019hui a besoin de passer \u00e0 autre chose. Prenons simplement le courage de nous regarder en face de dire ce qu\u2019il ne va et de prendre les d\u00e9cisions, les bonnes pour nos populations \u00bb, a conclu le Pr\u00e9sident congolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
