Lors de la journ\u00e9e du vendredi 20 juin, l’Ambassadeur d’\u00c9gypte r\u00e9sidant sur le territoire \u00e9quato-guin\u00e9en, Haddad Abdel Tawab El-Gohary s’est entretenu avec le Vice-pr\u00e9sident Nguema Obiang Mangue. Les deux interlocuteurs ont dialogu\u00e9 sur le prochain sommet de l’Union africaine qui se tiendra \u00e0 Malabo, dans la premi\u00e8re quinzaine de juillet prochain, ainsi que sur les rencontres bilat\u00e9rales entre les deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant l’audience, l’ambassadeur \u00e9gyptien a \u00e9galement remis \u00e0 Nguema Obiang Mangue une invitation officielle \u00e0 assister \u00e0 l’inauguration du Grand Mus\u00e9e d’\u00c9gypte, un \u00e9difice fantastique qui contiendra des milliers d’objets et de collections de l’histoire de l’\u00c9gypte ancienne. L’ouverture de ce centre \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue pour le 3 juillet prochain mais en raison de certains impr\u00e9vus, dont les r\u00e9cents conflits au Moyen-Orient, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de l’ann\u00e9e 2025. Situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Guiza, il devrait \u00eatre le plus grand mus\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 une seule civilisation, avec une extension de 500 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Il abritera plus de 100 000 artefacts des \u00e9poques pharaoniques, grecques et romaines, dont la collection compl\u00e8te du tr\u00e9sor de Toutankhamon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le mus\u00e9e a d\u00e9j\u00e0 ouvert certaines salles partiellement depuis mars 2023, permettant aux visiteurs d’acc\u00e9der \u00e0 certaines espaces ext\u00e9rieurs et \u00e0 certaines espaces int\u00e9rieurs tels que le grand hall avec la statue de Rams\u00e8s II. Cependant, l’ouverture compl\u00e8te est attendue pour la fin de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
