Dans son intervention, il a mis en avant la volont\u00e9 du Congo de transformer son potentiel d\u00e9mographique, agricole et \u00e9conomique en opportunit\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration renforc\u00e9e et mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Cette approche vise \u00e0 moderniser les infrastructures, structurer les cha\u00eenes de valeur et b\u00e2tir des industries comp\u00e9titives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face aux d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la croissance d\u00e9mographique du continent et \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de la Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine (ZLECAF), le ministre a insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de structurer davantage la relation sino-congolaise. Il a rappel\u00e9 les atouts du Congo (stabilit\u00e9 politique, position strat\u00e9gique en Afrique centrale, disponibilit\u00e9 de terres arables) et a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9, au nom du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique congolaise, le plein engagement du gouvernement \u00e0 accompagner les investisseurs. Le cadre l\u00e9gislatif sur les PPP, un guichet unique d\u00e9di\u00e9, et des proc\u00e9dures acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es sont autant d\u2019outils mis \u00e0 leur disposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des consid\u00e9rations \u00e9conomiques, le ministre a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de renforcer la connectivit\u00e9 a\u00e9rienne afin de stimuler le tourisme et rapprocher les peuples congolais et chinois. Il a encourag\u00e9 les entreprises \u00e0 se rapprocher de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation congolaise pour explorer les nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s dans des secteurs comme l\u2019\u00e9nergie, le transport, le num\u00e9rique, l\u2019agriculture, la sant\u00e9 ou encore l\u2019assainissement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, M. Denis Christel Sassou Nguesso a salu\u00e9 les plus de 60 ans de coop\u00e9ration entre le Congo et la Chine, et exprim\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 du pays de b\u00e2tir une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de
