Les dizaines d\u2019experts et autres participants venus des 22 pays de l\u2019espace francophone ont recommand\u00e9 de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Structurer la mobilisation de l\u2019\u00e9pargne populaire comme levier pour le financement \u00e0 long terme du logement social<\/strong>&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Cr\u00e9er ou renforcer les agences nationales de l\u2019habitat et les fonds de garantie pour fl\u00e9cher les ressources vers des logements sociaux&nbsp; ;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<strong>Mobiliser des ressources r\u00e9gionales \u00e0 travers des instruments comme la caisse de refinancement hypoth\u00e9caire.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<strong>D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 les comp\u00e9tences des&nbsp; sp\u00e9cialistes du logement sur l\u2019ensemble des m\u00e9tiers du logement&nbsp;abordable et standardiser des proc\u00e9dures pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 des&nbsp; constructions&nbsp;; <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Appuyer la microfinance pour les populations les plus modestes&nbsp; \u00e0 condition d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des ressources plus longues&nbsp;et&nbsp;;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Instaurer une fiscalit\u00e9 incitative comme une taxe parafiscale sur les mat\u00e9riaux.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9sident du R\u00e9seau habitat et Francophonie, Hermann Kamonomono, et  Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale immobili\u00e8re (SNI), <strong>\u00ab&nbsp;le logement doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un levier \u00e9conomique structurant, un stabilisateur social et un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de croissance&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 une urbanisation rapide qui accentue la pression sur l\u2019offre fonci\u00e8re, les services de base et les infrastructures urbaines,  le Ministre gabonais du Logement, de l\u2019Habitat, de l\u2019Urbanisme et du Cadastre du Gabon, Ludovic Menie Ndong s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 traduire ces recommandations en actes concrets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La 57eme Conf\u00e9rence Annuelle du R\u00e9seau Habitat et Francophonie ( RHF) avait pour th\u00e8me&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Booster le financement du logement abordable&nbsp;\u00bb Elle a r\u00e9uni des d\u00e9cideurs publics, experts internationaux, bailleurs de fonds, promoteurs immobiliers et acteurs du logement social pour \u00e9changer sur les d\u00e9fis et solutions du secteur dans l\u2019espace francophone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La 57e&nbsp;conf\u00e9rence annuelle du R\u00e9seau habitat et Francophonie organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Libreville du 14 au 15 mai 2025, sous le th\u00e8me&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;booster le financement du logement abordable&nbsp;\u00bb, a, s&#8217;ach\u00e8ve sur des recommandations devant permettre d\u2019apporter des solutions durables \u00e0 la crise du logement en Afrique Francophone.
