La visite d\u2019\u00c9tat du Pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron et de son \u00e9pouse \u00e0 Madagascar sur invitation du Pr\u00e9sident Andry Rajoelina, a marqu\u00e9 un tournant majeur dans les relations entre les deux pays. Ce d\u00e9placement a renforc\u00e9 les liens historiques unissant la France et Madagascar, et s\u2019est sold\u00e9 par un franc succ\u00e8s, illustr\u00e9 par la signature de plusieurs accords et des \u00e9changes riches sur les plans culturel, \u00e9conomique et politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 Sur le plan culturel, cette visite a permis de revisiter un pass\u00e9 commun. \u00c0 ce titre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une commission mixte franco-malagasy d\u2019historiens, charg\u00e9e de travailler sur les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de 1947, afin de favoriser une m\u00e9moire partag\u00e9e et apais\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 D\u2019un point de vue politique, la question des \u00eeles \u00c9parses a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise au centre des discussions. Les deux parties ont convenu de la tenue d\u2019une deuxi\u00e8me session de la Commission mixte bilat\u00e9rale franco-malagasy, pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 Paris le 30 juin prochain, dans un esprit de respect mutuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des Perspectives Concr\u00e8tes de Coop\u00e9ration Multi sectoriellle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des accords bilat\u00e9raux d\u00e9j\u00e0 sign\u00e9s, plusieurs pistes de coop\u00e9ration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9es : d\u00e9veloppement de projets hydro\u00e9lectriques, \u00e9oliens et solaires, relance du transport ferroviaire, dotation en mat\u00e9riels, financements, transferts de comp\u00e9tences, transformation agricole (ma\u00efs, bl\u00e9, riz, engrais), formation des professionnels de sant\u00e9 et coop\u00e9ration universitaire, notamment avec le projet de construction d\u2019une universit\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Madagascar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 Des travaux de mise en \u0153uvre sont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours pour concr\u00e9tiser ces engagements. Concr\u00e8tement, des accords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s dans les domaines cl\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de l\u2019agriculture et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2747 La visite s\u2019est achev\u00e9e sur une note profond\u00e9ment humanitaire et \u00e9motive. Le Pr\u00e9sident Macron, apr\u00e8s une visite aupr\u00e8s des enfants d\u2019Akamasoa fond\u00e9e par le P\u00e8re Pedro, a annonc\u00e9 une contribution de 100 000 euros, au nom de la R\u00e9publique fran\u00e7aise, pour la construction de cinq salles de classe.
