entam\u00e9, le 16 avril 2025, des consultations diplomatiques de haut niveau pour la r\u00e9solution durable de la crise entre la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), le Mouvement du 23 mars (M23) et le Rwanda, en vue d\u2019un retour de la paix dans l\u2019Est de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9changes \u00e0 Luanda avec son homologue angolais, Jo\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o, Pr\u00e9sident en exercice de la Conf\u00e9rence des chefs d\u2019Etat et de gouvernement l\u2019Union africaine (UA), le chef de l\u2019Etat s\u2019est rendu, dans le cadre de sa mission de bons offices \u00e0 Kinshasa pour une premi\u00e8re discussion avec le Pr\u00e9sident congolais F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi-Tshilombo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette initiative diplomatique s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche progressive de consultation des diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes, en vue de poser les bases d\u2019un processus de paix et de r\u00e9conciliation durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 sa disponibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u0153uvrer pour la restauration d\u2019un dialogue constructif entre le Rwanda et la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RD), soulignant ainsi son engagement en faveur de la paix et l\u2019int\u00e9gration en Afrique.<br>Pour rappel, cette visite du chef de l\u2019Etat en RDC, fait suite \u00e0 sa d\u00e9signation par l\u2019Union africaine (UA) en tant que nouveau m\u00e9diateur dans la r\u00e9solution de la crise entre la RDC, le Rwanda et le Mouvement du 23 mars
