Le dimanche 15 d\u00e9cembre 2024, le Pr\u00e9sident de la Transition, Son Excellence le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Arm\u00e9e Assimi GO\u00cfTA, a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inauguration de l\u2019usine de lithium de Goulamina, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 65 km de Bougouni. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, organis\u00e9 dans une ambiance festive et marqu\u00e9 par une forte mobilisation populaire, refl\u00e8te l\u2019importance strat\u00e9gique de ce projet pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie nationale et pour le bien-\u00eatre des populations locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie a r\u00e9uni les hauts responsables du pays, notamment le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil national de Transition, le ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie et des Finances, le ministre des Mines ainsi que plusieurs membres du Gouvernement. Les autorit\u00e9s locales et traditionnelles, ainsi que des milliers d\u2019habitants, ont r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un accueil chaleureux au Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, en vue de t\u00e9moigner tout leur enthousiasme pour ce projet novateur. Il faut signaler aussi la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de l\u2019Ambassadeur de Chine au Mali, CHEN Zhihong, ainsi que le Pr\u00e9sident-Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Ganfing, Wang Xiao SHEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s la visite de la carri\u00e8re, le suivi du processus d\u2019exploitation de cette ressource a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 et expliqu\u00e9 au Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, qui a ensuite proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la coupure du ruban symbolique. Le Pr\u00e9sident de la Transition, SE le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Arm\u00e9e Assimi GO\u00cfTA a ensuite accord\u00e9 une interview dans laquelle il a mis en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019importance de la mine de lithium pour le Mali. Il a surtout soulign\u00e9 que ce projet, fruit de r\u00e9formes profondes dans le secteur minier, marque une avanc\u00e9e significative dans l\u2019exploitation des ressources naturelles du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques attendues, notamment un chiffre d\u2019affaires initial de 680 milliards de FCFA qui alimentera les banques maliennes et dynamisera les activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. Les dividendes de la mine, estim\u00e9s \u00e0 71 milliards de FCFA, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat (30 %) et au secteur priv\u00e9 (5 %), tandis qu\u2019un investissement de 25 milliards de FCFA est pr\u00e9vu pour des projets communautaires : routes, centres de sant\u00e9, \u00e9coles, et infrastructures \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident GO\u00cfTA a \u00e9galement mis en avant les opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019emploi cr\u00e9\u00e9es par cette mine, avec d\u00e9j\u00e0 2 000 emplois directs et indirects g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s. Il a insist\u00e9 \u00e9galement sur l\u2019effet multiplicateur pour les entreprises locales, notamment dans les secteurs du transport, de la construction et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction significative du ch\u00f4mage et \u00e0 une meilleure employabilit\u00e9 des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Pr\u00e9sident de la Transition a aussi salu\u00e9 la coop\u00e9ration fructueuse entre la R\u00e9publique du Mali et la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine. Un partenariat \u00ab strat\u00e9gique et sinc\u00e8re \u00bb. Le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a remerci\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 chinoise Ganfing pour son engagement \u00e0 respecter les lois maliennes et \u00e0 soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique des communaut\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le ministre des Mines, Amadou KE\u00cfTA, a rappel\u00e9 que la mine de Goulamina, exploit\u00e9e sur une dur\u00e9e de 21 ans, g\u00e9n\u00e9rera plus de 400 milliards de FCFA. Il a salu\u00e9 les r\u00e9formes initi\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s de la Transition, qui ont donn\u00e9 un nouvel \u00e9lan au secteur minier. \u00ab Le Mali entre ainsi dans le cercle ferm\u00e9 des producteurs de lithium \u00bb, contribuant \u00e0 la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire et \u00e0 la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
