Notre plus grand d\u00e9fi, et bien d&#8217;autres encore, \u00e9tait de produire une \u0153uvre avec une expertise enti\u00e8rement locale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9alisation de ce num\u00e9ro sp\u00e9cial r\u00e9sulte d&#8217;une confiance qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9e en nous et pour cela , nous devons remercier le Secr\u00e9tariat Ex\u00e9cutif du RAPAC , la Coordination R\u00e9gionale d&#8217;ECOFAC , et la&nbsp; D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de l&#8217;Union Europ\u00e9enne qui ont cru en nos capacit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pensons qu&#8217;il est n\u00e9cessaire que l&#8217;entreprise des documents audiovisuels et \u00e9crits qui accompagnent la lutte contre la perte de la biodiversit\u00e9 en Afrique soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en priorit\u00e9 par les acteurs locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si nous voulons f\u00e9d\u00e9rer et mobiliser de mani\u00e8re plus efficace l&#8217;engagement collectif autour de cet int\u00e9r\u00eat plan\u00e9taire, nous devons avant tout utiliser l&#8217;expertise du continent africain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le message de la conservation passera mieux aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s locales quand il est v\u00e9hicul\u00e9 par les acteurs issus de ces communaut\u00e9s. Il y a l\u00e0 une exigence d&#8217;appropriation et l&#8217;instauration d&#8217;un climat de confiance entre gouvernements , acteurs de la conservation et les populations. Nous devons avoir un nouveau mode de pens\u00e9e pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes nouveaux de notre monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9dition sp\u00e9ciale sur les 2eme Journ\u00e9es des Aires Prot\u00e9g\u00e9es d&#8217;Afrique Centrale ( JAPII) que nous publions , incarne cette nouvelle approche et ce nouveau mode de pens\u00e9e sont tous les acteurs de la conservation en Afrique centrale auront besoin pour traiter l&#8217;une des crises mondiales les plus graves : Le r\u00e9chauffement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fait que notre journal &#8221; Coop\u00e9ration Internationale&#8221; s&#8217;aventure dans un domaine aussi transversal que l&#8217;environnement est un signe encourageant de la maturit\u00e9 de notre approche.
